Cover Love – To Buy or Not to Buy…

Thursday, April 12th, 2012

I have severe cover love for my novel, Hollywood Ever After. Yes, it’s pretty, but it also imparts a sense of the story.

I KNOW a cover is important when book hunting. You need something to catch the eye, spark interest, and entice a reader to buy.

An author friend recently received a stellar review: 4.5 stars out of 5 (very cool and so well deserved). The only negative thing mentioned about about the book? The cover – which the author rarely has say so over.

Covers are that important - so…

Below I’m posting a few of my all time favorite covers.

Here’s what I hope you’ll post: Immediate reaction, knee-jerk is fine. What do you think this story is about? And would you buy it??
