This book, which is the second in the Protector series, took me longer to write that the first one because I wanted to capture the hero just right. Kieran is not only a complex guy, but he’s also the strong, silent…very silent type. I hope that his character touches you and that by the end of the story, who he truly is comes through.
Then there is my heroine, Wendy. Well she is the stark opposite of Kieran, so I had to try to tame her down, so that she would not leap off the page and people would to want to strangle her. Wendy is fun and full of life, I think the readers will love her.
Desperate Surrender is the story of Wendy O’Sullivan and Kieran Fraser, two people who find out that their biggest obstacle is not who they are, but who they love.
